AMC Classic Kitchen
Utensils are composed of the very best refined “Alfa” metal, and are
especially suitable for healthy cooking without additional water or
fat. The 18/10 surgical stainless steel used in the manufacturing of
AMC Classic is corrosion resistant under normal cooking conditions.
We will gladly replace any utensils that prove to be defective
because of faulty material or manufacturing fault. The terms of the
Global Guarantee are:

Free replacement of
all AMC cooking and serving equipment showing any defect due to
faulty material or manufacturing fault. (Our normal handling and
shipping charges will apply).

Free replacement of
damaged plastic handles (Our normal handling and shipping charges
will apply).

A 2 year warranty
period applies to the AMC Visiotherm lid knob, AMC Audiotherm and
AMC Secuquick (except rubber parts).

A 1 year warranty
period applies to the AMC Atmosphera, German Knife Set and Power
Vac System.
The AMC Warranty /
Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to
damages caused by improper treatment and cleaning, over heating,
accident, neglect, abuse, fire, flood or any other act of God.
The AMC Warranty /
Guarantee applies only to the original buyer to whom the products
were originally delivered, and we request that you include
documentation of original proof of purchase with your returned
product in order to honor your warranty. Warranty replacement does
not include shipping and handling cost, and the customer is
responsible for returning the product at their own expense to the
Culinary Cookware Warranty Center. The Warranty does not apply to
products issued as premium gifts such as the hostess and free gifts.
